Purpose-Built Thermal Distribution
InsulatedPEX was established to focus on one specific part of modern heating systems that is often overlooked: thermal distribution.
While heat generation technologies continue to evolve, the efficiency, reliability, and longevity of a system is ultimately determined by how heat is transported. Our work centers on insulated pipe systems designed to move thermal energy where it’s needed — across buildings, across sites, and across distances.
A Distribution-First Approach
We are not a boiler brand, appliance manufacturer, or single-product supplier.
Our role is to support thermal distribution systems using insulated pipe solutions that are appropriate for the application, environment, and scale of the project. This includes residential installations, commercial buildings, multi-unit systems, and emerging infrastructure-scale applications.
By focusing on distribution rather than equipment, we are able to approach each project with flexibility and practicality — selecting configurations and components based on real-world constraints instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all solution.

How We Work
Our approach is project-driven, not transactional.
Rather than offering off-the-shelf answers, we work through each application to understand routing, distances, operating conditions, and installation considerations before recommending a solution. Documentation, specifications, and configuration details are provided as part of that review process.
This allows us to support a wide variety of system designs while maintaining consistency in performance and reliability.
An Evolving Focus
Residential applications currently represent a significant portion of the work we support. At the same time, InsulatedPEX is intentionally expanding its focus toward commercial, multi-building, and infrastructure-oriented thermal distribution.
As heating systems grow in complexity and scale, the role of insulated distribution becomes more critical. Our goal is to support that shift by providing distribution solutions that scale with the project.
